I, King
The Crown
Ordained
Anointed Divine
I, child
My Father
Our God
Oil runs down
Others strut
The yellow brick road
Chasing gleaming gold
Crafting ingots into Crowns
Others walk
So richly laden
They stoop low
Bent adorned
Weight their Value
Power their Worth
Cow munched lands
Their palaces so grand
I, Nobility
Have none of this
Called penniless
Thought less
Look his Reign
Homeless
Yet everywhere I go
Welcomes roll
From grasping hands
I Am
Child of God
No coins fill my pockets
I hold no estates
Nor on My Head
Sits golden Crown
I, Rex
My Transcendent Crown
It sits Within
Imperfectly It beats
A mended Heart
Weightless Light
And It shines
Rivulets of Rays Bright in the Night
I, Human
My Humanity
Is My Fealty
Sacred Earth
My Home
