The Kingdom Come
Is a Kingdom
Just a scarred and weary land
Battle won and people torn
Or is It
A grand estate
Bought for some princely sum
No! Neither! None!
The Kingdom is Our Community
As naturally
As from A Family
We are Born
Imagine... The Kingdom
Is as We Choose
Between this
A flotsam mess abused
Or just perhaps
The rooted Tree
Firm and Sturdy
In Our Faith and Community
Alike a small seed
Fitting perfectly
A Human Heart
Yet so so big
It Is everything and everyone
Ant unto Galaxy
Spirit Breathes as One
Neverending the Halls of Heaven
An infinite Mansion
Oh so many Rooms
Each Room... The Temple
Our living Home
A Ritual before The Throne
Here and There... Everywhere
Glowing, Aglow
But to describe as Colours be too trite
For the spectacle of The Day with Night
At The Font of all Light
Here burns Eternal
The Flame
Without form, Without name
Birthing starlight as glowing pearls
Which turns into girls
And little boys with curls
No need for gold and drapes and jewels
All gone ideals of massing coins
This, The Land of flowing milk and honey
Here abundance only ever gives
Always always without a price
Just miles and miles and miles
Oceans, crisp, Blue, clear
Green grasses, fresh air
Whistling winds gathering a breeze
Which is Our Creator's squeeze
A Touch, so faithful, so gentle
Gone these divisions
Causing this derision
Fantasy spread As Meaning
Nursing our infancy
No more Governments
Governing from crumbling Books of Rules
Just Freedom with Gratitude
Reigning in The Home of Sovereign
Here the Great Lion
Nestles the Fallen Lamb
Resting on The Crest
Hills of Grace
Tended by The Circle
Our Elders hemmed in white
The Word be Done
My People, The Kingdom Come
Brick by living Brick
We will Build It
The Kingdom Come
Thy Will be Done
