Shooting out alphabet

Spelling dreams

Welcome All-Seeing Eye

Glare anew

Bless Me

Your incendiary gaze

What is a Poet

Wordsmith

Or DJ

Or Fisher of Men

Mixing memes

Weaving images

Truth or Dare

Is he a sword

Or she a shield

Accusatory tone

Or defender

To encourage

Or to disparage

Questioning

To esteem

Or to offend

I wonder

Whose pleasure

Whose treasure

Is this Poetic State

A mask

Some wicked shroud

Or a State of Being

Because The Word Must be adorned

To walk amongst men

Or is The Poetic

A weeping wound

Far deeper than flesh

Bloodlust for ideas

For Truth must live

Or are We, The Poets

Scientists of grammar

Our Brothers Keeper

Sowing the seeds

In future Hearts

For The Forest

To grow again
