Finding A Path

At present, We all sit within an ocean of intensity... emotions harsh and strong encased in feelings almost overwhelming... So much Sadness, Hurt, Anger, Hate, and more.

And It hangs in the prevailing Silent, as We all hold Our Breaths, as if waiting... and I feel It all... the Pain, the Regrets, the Misunderstandings, the steady sets of missteps.

And, the natural Human Responses to This are two... A Choice... often not even conscious... Fear or Flight, Run or Fight. Either just a continuation of Old Cycles vicious and ruinous and passe, leading Us ever-onward to Nowhere. Certainly not towards a better Life and World for all.

Yet, What is The Alternative? I ask This Question here... Knowing that We are all asking It in Our own Ways at the Moment.

How to forgive the unforgiveable? How to reconcile with Ourselves and Each Other? And, We must, if We genuinely seek A Better World for all.

These heavy Thoughts and Questions ring in Mind and Heart and Soul today... And, I recall the Examples of The Great Teachers who showed how Forgiveness and Love even of "enemies" can build bridges to a better future.

And certainly, building new bridges of Understanding and Reconciliation are necessary right now, not just as ideal or principle but practically as well.

But how to do so... Without the chaos and conflict that accompany wholesale change or without maintaining a status quo which is desperately inadequate for most of Us?

Crucially, neither of the above-mentioned Options lead immediately to A Better World here and now for all.

Forgiveness and Reconciliation are the Names of The Bridges which We need to build, recognising that out of great darkness can come greatest Light.

And it seems to Me, that the first step is to really know and acknowledge that none but God are blameless, and all of Us to some degree or another, are Responsible for the present state of Our World and It's many troubles.

In this Knowledge and Understanding is the beginnings of a commonality of experience and perspective which can help Us find A Path forward.

But to walk this path Together, requires a shared Willingness to hear and speak Truth, and so To Come to Know of Ourselves fully... All of Ourselves... The Good, The Wrong, The Painful, The Sad, The Hurting, The Mad.

See... Not one of Us at This Moment is feeling differently, We are just expressing These Feelings differently. And, most often, in ways that burn down each bridge attempted to be built.

Sadly, at this time, I have No perfect Solution to give... Other than This... When We refind The Courage to face Ourselves in the Image of Another, without running or fighting, just To Sit with Ourselves and all of It... There We will find The Space for The Conversations that must Be had.

A Better World only comes through This Process of re-finding Ourselves and recognising The Same in Each Other... My Brother, My Sister.
