A Gift bestowed with a flourishing kiss
Mothers every wish
Then the Learning
Slowly of the curse
Forever heartbroken
Yet always full of desire
Forsaking fairy godmother
To embrace the butterflies
Disguised but to discover
The masquerade awaiting
Under dreams of being idolised
Then the Coming
Rapacious as the tides
Crashing lightning bearing storms
Whispering portent signals
She arrives again
With certain hiss
To bestow her final kiss
Given faithfully
From curled lips
Slowly softly singing
Well Done, Little One
Yet Eternity is so very long
The Game has only just begun
I will see You soon
